Returns & Sales Policy
All sales are final
Every piece at LA Vintage is vintage, previously owned, and sold as-is. Because of the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Condition
We photograph and describe each item to the best of our ability, including any damage, repairs, or wear consistent with age. Please review all photos and read the condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, reach out before you buy — we are happy to help.
Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us at info@lavintage.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
